Returns & Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

At PureBarista, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. Below you will find information about your statutory rights as a consumer and our additional voluntary guarantees.


1. Legal right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example by email).

2. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract:

  • We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

  • Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

  • We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.


3. Condition of returned goods

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.


4. Voluntary 90-day money back guarantee (additional to your legal rights)

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, PureBarista offers a voluntary 90-day Money Back Guarantee. This guarantee does not limit or replace your legal rights.

This guarantee applies in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product does not correspond with the description or images shown on our website

Conditions of the Money Back Guarantee:

  • Claims must be submitted within 90 days from the delivery date

  • Proof of damage or discrepancy (such as photos) may be required

  • Products must be returned with included accessories

Refunds under this guarantee cover the product price. Original shipping costs may not be refundable unless required by law.


5. Return shipping costs

For returns under the voluntary 90-day Money Back Guarantee, a return shipping fee of €5.95 may be deducted from the refund.

For returns under the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise stated.


6. Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds are completed within 10 business days


7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you wish to exchange a defective product, please contact us at support@pure-barista.com for instructions.
